LATE FOR WORK is not a fast fashion company were you can expect your order to be delivered in a couple of days. we value every piece and promise you that it is worth the waiting.
Our goal is to prevent over production, your order will therefore require patience. Depending on the quantity of your order you may wait up three weeks to receive your item.
LATE FOR WORK ships to all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Moroccan orders will be delivered with Post services and international orders will be delivered via DHL. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. If you order on weekends, your order will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery is between 2 to 5 working days.
Kindly expect 7 to 10 business days for garments production as we value a sustainable approach
International packages may be subject to import duties and local/domestic taxes upon arrival, which is beyond our control. Customs charges are levied by the country to which the package is delivered and are the sole responsibility of the package recipient.
Exchange Policy:
To exchange a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned within 7 days of your delivery date
Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
To initiate an exchange, please email our team at HELLO@LATEFORWORK.CO and we will provide you with our address to ship your item to. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping, however in the case of an exchange, we will ship your new piece back to you for free.
Returns:
We have 7 days return policy, which mean you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging, you ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an return, please email our team at HELLO@LATEFORWORK.CO and we will provide you with our address to ship your item to. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping or we do it and the amount is taken from your payback after the return is done
Exceptions/ nonreturnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not subject to returns or the exchange policy.
Defective Items:
We take good care of every item that we ship to our customers. However, if one of our products happens to be defective upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. The damage must be issued by our part. If the damage is judged to be caused through mistreatment of the garment by the purchaser, we will not accept the return. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the package.
Once we receive the package, we will exchange it as quickly as possible without any fees. In case the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount paid.
